We are a group of yoga friends, both teachers and students, practicing in the Leeds area. This site exists to help you find your nearest classes and practice groups for astanga and dynamic yoga. It also contains information about Astanga Yoga in general, about courses in the UK and abroad and shopping advice for equipment, books, videos, tapes and other learning aids.
