Learning Aids
Whether you attend a class for yoga or not it's important to provide yourself with the basic equipment.
How much you choose is up to you. For most practice a mat and a blanket are all that's needed, but occasionally, or if you are stiff in sitting postures, blocks and fabric straps can be very helpful. In the table below there is a quick guide to equipment available plus links to sites where you can purchase the item in question. Leeds Yoga does not make any guarantees of quality, goods or service in relation to these sites.
