Biographical
Information
I have been a student of Yoga for over 16 years and have worked with many excellent teachers
during this time.
In July 2003 I completed Ashtanga Teaching training with Brian Cooper and Nawajyoti in Edinburgh and have attended advanced training in Pranayama with Philip Xerri . In April 2007 I completed my training with the British Wheel of Yoga. I plan to deepen my knowledge of Yoga by attending workshops in 2009.
I attend classes with personal teachers and am committed to my personal development and understanding of Yoga.
I will be running a Yoga Holiday with Janet Priestley in Tuscany at the Villa Boccella 5th - 12th June 2010. Please see details under Notice Board.
