Biographical
Information
I have been a student of Yoga for over 20 years and have worked with many excellent teachers
during this time.
In July 2003 I completed Ashtanga Teaching training with Brian Cooper and Nawajyoti
in Edinburgh and have attended advanced training in Pranayama with Philip Xerri . In April 2007 I completed my training with the British Wheel of Yoga.
During this year My good friend Tanja and I will be running Yin Yoga, Crystal Bowls and Yoga Nidra sessions at the Yoga space for this and other Yin Yoga workshops click on the Yin Yoga link. This year I have had the honour of working with Paul and Suzee Grilley on their anatomy training course and have gained 500 hour teacher status with Yoga Alliance UK.
