Biographical
Information
I have been a student of Yoga for over 16 years and have worked with many excellent teachers
during this time.
In July 2003 I completed Ashtanga Teaching training with Brian Cooper and Nawajyoti
in Edinburgh and have attended advanced training in Pranayama with Philip Xerri . In April 2007 I completed my training with the British Wheel of Yoga.
So far this year has been an exciting one. I have worked with Atma Vikasa (Hem and Venkatesh) in India for a month and with my friendJanet Priestley run a successful Yoga Holiday in Tuscany. Watch this space for more workshops and classes.
